Provisional phone reservations OK / instant confirmation
Online reservations are accepted until 19:00 the day before your rental date. After that, reservations are available by phone only.
Note 1: After-hours pickup/return incurs a surcharge (+¥1,000/visit, tax excl.).
Note 2: After-hours rental is acceptable only by phone reservation.
Note 3: Since we accept reservations both online and by phone, a slot shown as available online may already be booked by phone. We apologize for any inconvenience.
