Q: Are prices tax-inclusive?
A: Yes. Pricing tables and quotes are shown tax-inclusive.
Q: Can I make a same-day reservation?
A: Yes, if available. Please call for same-day use or bookings after 19:00 the previous day. Online booking is accepted until 19:00 the day before use.
Q: Can pickup or return happen outside the store?
A: Standard rental pickup and return are at the store only. The store is located at 4-5-74 Hagiyama-cho, Higashimurayama City, Tokyo.
Q: Can I park my own car?
A: Yes. While using our rental vehicles, you can park your own car for free at the store parking lot.
Q: Can I use a light van for a small move?
A: Yes. Light vans are suitable for boxes, small furniture, small appliances, and small moves. Light vans start from ¥6,050 incl. for 24 hours.
Q: Can I rent a 2-ton truck?
A: Yes. 2-ton flatbed/aluminum, power-gate, Unic crane, and dump-type vehicles may be available. License requirements depend on the vehicle and your license issue date.
Q: Can I pick up or return early morning or late night?
A: After-hours pickup and return may be available with a surcharge of ¥1,100 incl. per visit. After-hours rental is by phone reservation only.
Q: Do you offer insurance (CDW)?
A: Yes. Optional CDW waives the ¥50,000 deductible. Pricing starts from ¥1,100 incl. for 24 hours.
Q: What is the fuel policy?
A: Return with a full tank. If not full, fuel settlement applies, such as light vehicles ¥2,750 incl. and standard vehicles ¥4,400 incl. when half or more remains.
Q: High-season pricing?
A: During Golden Week, summer, and New Year holidays, ¥1,100 incl. per 24 hours is added to the base price.
Q: Payment methods?
A: Cash, credit card, PayPay, Apple Pay at the store.
Q: Do you offer one-month or long-term rentals?
A: Yes. Weekly and one-month rates are available. Please ask about light cars, light vans, compact cars, minivans, and other vehicles.
Q: Cancellation policy?
A: 7–3 days: 20% / 2–1 days: 30% / same day: 50% / no-show: 100%.
