Q: Are prices tax-inclusive?
A: Prices shown are tax-exclusive. At checkout, we calculate base + insurance + 10% tax.
Q: After-hours pickup/return?
A: Available with a surcharge of +¥1,000 per visit (excl.).
Q: High-season pricing?
A: +¥1,000 per 24h (excl.) is added to the base price during Golden Week, summer, and New Year.
Q: Fuel policy?
A: Return with a full tank. If not full, settlement applies (≥1/2: Light ¥2,500 / Standard ¥4,000; <1/2: Light ¥5,000 / Standard ¥8,000; all tax excl.).
Q: Insurance (CDW)?
A: Optional CDW waives the ¥50,000 deductible (24h ¥1,000 / 1 week ¥5,500 / 1 month ¥15,000; all tax excl.).
Q: Payment methods?
A: Cash, credit card, PayPay, Apple Pay at the store.
Q: Can I park my own car?
A: While using our rental vehicles, you can park your own car for free at our store parking lot.
Q: Cancellation policy?
A: 7–3 days: 20% / 2–1 days: 30% / same day: 50% / no-show: 100%.
