Reservation Notes
Please read carefully before booking
Punctuality
Please be on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Age & License Requirements
Renters must be at least 24 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. If these conditions are not met, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
Business Hours
Vehicle pickup and return are available only during Chigu-chan Rental Car business hours (7:00–19:00).
Late Return Fee
A late return fee of ¥3,300 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled return time.
Weather Cancellation
Our rental policy does not allow free cancellation due to weather conditions.
Driving Assessment
If our staff determines that a renter is unfit to drive at the time of pickup (e.g., repeated stalling, operational errors, aggressive driving tendencies), the reservation will be cancelled with no refund. An alternative vehicle may be offered, subject to availability.
Child Seat
If you selected a child seat, please inform us of your child's age and weight after booking. This is required to confirm compatibility with the vehicle.
GPS & Dashcam
Our vehicles are equipped with GPS and dashcams that record footage both inside and outside the vehicle.
Prohibited Driving
Circuit driving, racing, and dangerous driving are strictly prohibited. These activities may trigger an alarm system.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle's condition may differ from photos (new scratches, damage, wear, etc.).
Payment
Only credit cards in the renter's own name are accepted for payment.
No Smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the vehicle.
